Day 1: Arrival in Tbilisi / Tbilisi and Mtskheta tour
Transfer from Tbilisi International Airport. Accomodation. Rest. We will start with the sightseeing tour of Tbilisi: Metekhi Church (13th c.); Old Tbilisi; sulfur baths; Narikala Fortress (4th c.); Sioni (13th c.) and Anchiskhati Church (6th c.); Trinity Cathedral (the 2nd ML). Departure to Mtskheta (is included in “ჲნეშჩჴ-ს”World Heritage Site), from 3rd century BC to 5th AD., the ancient capital of Georgian kingdom, Jvari monastery (6th c.); Cathedral, which was built in the 11th century. Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 2: Bakuriani / Borjomi / Vardzia / Akhaltsikhe
Borjomi travel. The town is known for its nature and the natural mineral springs. Visiting Timothy way Monastery. The main church is named after Virgin Mariam (12th - 13th). Travel to Akhaltsikhe region, where beautiful nature and architectural monuments are harmoniously blended. Visiting Vardzia (12th c.), cave complex on the left bank of Mtkvari, which was built in 12th - 13th centuries during the reign of George III and King Tamar. Originally Vardzia was planned as a town-fortress, then the complex became a well fortified monastery, which had a great importance in the political, cultural, educational and spiritual life of country. In the middle of the complex the Church of the Assumption is situated, with painted frescoes.

Day 3: Akhaltsikhe / Goderzi Pass / Batumi / Kutaisi
At the distance of 90 km from Batumi, at an altitude of 2500 meters Goderzi Pass is located. The area is surrounded by pine, mixed forests and rich streams. Batumi is the most beautiful city at the Black Sea country. Travel to Kutaisi, the second largest city in the West of Georgia. It was founded 40 centuries ago, the capital of Colchis of former western Georgian kingdom, to which the myth about golden fleece and the Argonauts is related.

Day 4: Kutaisi / Zugdidi / Mestia
Travel to Samegrelo, Visiting Abasha Water River Waterfall. Visiting Dadiani palace in Zugdidi. Dadiani Dynasty was closely involved in social activities. Palace owns 41 000 museum exhibits. Most of them are unique and invaluable examples of Georgian and foreign art. Travel to Svaneti. On the way we will visit Enguri reservoir, with a height of 271 meters (the highest dam of this type in the world). The reservoir is located in Samegrelo and Svaneti mountains. It's time to get ready for the most exciting part - a trip to the Svaneti, the region of the mountains and ancient traditions. In Svaneti we will visit Latali and Lenjeri cathedrals, which were built from stones in 8-9-14 centuries without ornamentation, with the interior richly decorated with frescoes.

Day 5: Mestia / Ushguli
St. George's Church of Laghami (7-12 cc) and Svanian dwelling complex. We will visit St. George’s Church in Nakipari (1130 y.) and Ethnographic Museum in Ushguli. Ushguli is considered to be one of the most highest populated place of Europe (2200 m. Above sea level).

Day 6: Ushguli / Lentekhi / Kutaisi
Going back to Kutaisi through Lentekhi and Tsageri regions. Visting “ჲნეშჩჴ” World Heritage sites: Bagrati Temple (11c.) and Gelati Monastery (12c.); Martyrs Monastery (8-11 centuries), which is located between two river valleys, near Kutaisi. Sataplia Grotto, where the dinosaur footprints were founded.

Day 7: Kutaisi -Uplistsikhe / Tbilisi/
Travel toGori. The city was founded by one of the greatest kings, David the Builder (1089-1125). Visiting Stalin museum, who has become the leader of the Soviet Union. Visiting Uplistsikhe, which is an ancient rock-hewn town in eastern Georgia.
